Product Specification

An infusion pump flow rate tester is a device specifically used for testing the flow rate accuracy of infusion pumps. It ensures that the pump is administering fluids at the correct rate, which is crucial for patient safety and the effectiveness of medical treatments. There are different types of infusion pump flow rate testers available, each with its own features and capabilities. Here are a few options:Gravimetric Flow Rate Tester: This type of tester measures the weight of fluid delivered by the infusion pump over a specific period of time. By comparing the weight to the expected flow rate, it determines the accuracy of the pump.Volumetric Flow Rate Tester: This tester uses precision instruments to measure the volume of fluid delivered by the infusion pump. It compares the measured volume to the expected flow rate to assess the pump's accuracy.Ultrasonic Flow Rate Tester: This tester utilizes ultrasonic sensors to non-invasively measure the flow rate of fluids passing through the infusion pump. It provides real-time monitoring and accurate flow rate measurements. When selecting an infusion pump flow rate tester, consider factors such as the pump types it is compatible with, the flow rate ranges it can accommodate, the accuracy of the measurements, and any specific regulations or standards that need to be followed. It is advisable to consult with the device manufacturer or a specialized testing equipment supplier to determine the most suitable tester for your needs.
